Support Agreements

IT Support:
Take out an IT Support agreement with Network Fish London’s IT Support specialist and we'll provide, onsite engineer and remote help, support for Servers, Server Software, SQL Databases, PCs, PDAs, Windows Mobile Devices, Blackberry Devices, Microsoft OS & Office applications, Service and security patches, backup, network monitoring.  We also provide a 9-5 helpdesk for staff to call or email to initiate engineer remote or to request onsite support.
Staff working from home and off-site workers are also covered.

IT Tech Support Requests:
Full reporting of IT Support issues are provided in a monthly report, detailing the request from the client, the engineer and the time. Using our ticket reporting system, all requests from the client for IT Support from one of our Tech specialists is fully logged and receipted.

In emergencies we will have an engineer on site within one hour and most requests for remote IT Support help are actioned within ten minutes.

Charging:
Our charges are always open and transparent, you will find no hidden costs or clauses in our maintenance contracts; in fact we are so confident of our service you are free to terminate your contract at any time.

You pay one small monthly fee for complete and comprehensive IT Support piece of mind.
